Come on people. i really could use some advice. please!?

There's a million reasons why this could be happening. Here's a couple to consider:

1) you're working out a lot. You could be burning fat and replacing it with muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. Have you noticed any difference with how your clothes fit? Have you taken body measurements to see if inches are coming off? There could be progress other than what the scale can show.

2) How low is your calorie intake? You may not be eating enough and over-training. This can cause you to plateau. Sometimes adding a little more food is just enough to do the trick and get you free from the plateau. Try eating 5 small meals a day to boost your metabolism. Check your caloric intake per day. It's probably too low based on your activity level.

3) Stress. You've been dieting really hard, working full time and raising 2 children, one of which is a brand new baby. Stress can have a really adverse affect on weight loss. Some people tend to lose weight, while others (like myself) tend to hang onto every pound. I experienced this earlier this year. I was really stressed, barely eating and didn't lose a pound. My doctor informed me about the affects of stress of weight loss. If stress is a factor for you, you need to find some time for yourself to decompress and just relax. Although this may be a challenge at first, consider taking up meditation, yoga or another type of activity that puts you in a peaceful state on a regular basis. Once my stress level was put under control I lost 20lbs without changing anything else!

These are the top 3 things that come to mind when reading your case and I hope it gives you some ideas to investigate.

Best wishes!!Come on people. i really could use some advice. please!?
How many calories are you taking in a day? You need to take in enough to get your metabolism burning off, so be sure to stay in the range, Don't eat less than you should, you wont see a result.

Cut out sugars and sodas. I know you cant cut out all sugars, but do what you can. Try adding more protein as well.

Also, have you lost inches? you may be losing inches, but maintaining the same weight, still progress.

freedieting.com has some good info for calorie intake.
maybe your weight is perfect for your size.
Cardio's good for burning calories but try lifting weight too. Dont worry about lifting things that are a little heavy either because i know alot of girls are worried about turning bulky. Muscles burn the most calories out of any other tissue in the body (the other ones fat). So the more muscle you have naturally the higher metabolism you have and the more calories your body burns simply to maintain itself burning away more fat. If 1 hour is all you have at the gym try doing 30 mins of running and 30 mins of lifting then the next day just do 1 hour of lifting, then the next 1 hour of running and switch it up like that. Weight lifting also increases your metabolism by alot for something like 48 hours because of all the tissue damage and repairing. Vary sets and weights too. Like if you do armcurls do 2 sets of 12 with 15lb (whetever weight works for you) then 2 sets 10 with 20, 2 sets of 10 with 25lb. And focus on 1 or 2 parts of the body when you work out rather than just random parts. Like chest and and tryceps, legs and abs, biceps and back. And lots of reps tend to give you leaner resualts and doesnt add on size, heavy weights with small number of reps gives strength and size. But if you dont feel the burn then its not working.
