Hey people im an amature body builder ive been it a couple months but need some help??? any advice?

i have my diet and everything set up i get atleast 7 and a half hours of sleep a night normally and i just cant seem to get my abs, arms and legs were i want them any advice??? and does anyone know how to take care of stretch marks im getting them on my shoulder near my chest??Hey people im an amature body builder ive been it a couple months but need some help??? any advice?
First of all, a couple months isn't a great enough amount of time to notice significant difference.


As far as stretch marks, see if there's a therapist in your area that does Lymphatic Drainage. It helps with stretch marks. You can check this technique out from the Upledger Institute website. You didn't say what your goals are, for abs, arms and thighs.





Also, are you doing cardio?





For stretch marks, use cocoa butter.
On the movie ';Mean Girls'; a guy asks the new girl if her muffin is buttered and if not then would she like someone to butter her muffin. He was asking her if she has had sex and if not if she would like someone to have sex with her.
you need to wait longer for your results, and the strech marks and perhaps lack of results could be from over stressing your body, so maybe try cutting down on wat u do in one workout
